Global Education Services Inc. (GES), with offices and educational links around the world assists boarding schools, colleges, universities, and ESL schools with their international marketing and international student recruitment operations.

GES collaborates with numerous reputable educational agencies world-wide for the placement of international students. In support of these services, GES is offering international student recruitment fairs for boarding schools, colleges, universities, and ESL schools in Eastern Europe in October 2006.

Why Join the GES fairs?

  • Each fair is limited to 30 boarding schools, colleges, universities, and ESL schools from various countries worldwide, thus allowing maximum exposure for your institution.

  • Special discounted prices for registration by July 15, 2006.

  • The only international student recruitment fairs for educational institutions in Eastern Europe that offer major exhibitions in 5-star hotels in St. Petersburg, Warsaw, and Prague.

  • Special group rates will be available at the hotels where the fairs are being held

  • Accept students conditionally for the spring and fall 2007 terms.

  • Led by very experienced international student marketing and recruitment specialists.

  • Expect agency representatives, families, and prospective students to attend the exhibitions.

We ask that you make your own airline reservations and apply for your tourist visa for entry into Russia through your travel agent.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the applicant, GES reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charges:
  • For cancellations received after August 15, 2006 but on or before August 31, 2006, a charge equivalent to 25% of the full participation charge at the time the booking was made.
  • For cancellations received after August 31, 2006 but on or before September 15, 2006, a charge equivalent to 50% of the full participation charge at the time the booking was made.
  • For cancellations received after Sept 15, 2006 but on or before October 1, 2006, a charge equivalent to 75% of the full participation charge at the time the booking was made.
  • For cancellations received after October 1, 2006, 100% of the participation charge at the time of booking will be due.
  • All attending schools are advised to obtain adequate insurance cover against possible cancellation due to illness or bereavement.
  • All cancellations or alterations to bookings must be communicated to GES in writing.
  • GES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel a fair or to change the dates and or venue of a fair. In which case, it is expressly agreed that GES' total liability shall be limited to refunding the participation charge or any part of it that has already been paid to GES by the applicant. No liability shall attach to GES in respect to any loss or consequential loss of whatsoever nature arising.
  • No refunds other than as stated above.
